Lucky 7 Game

V.J. Schultz tagged me to play Lucky 7. What this means you post 2 paragraphs on page 7 of a work in progress. This is my JANO project:

The government woman went back to the
stool and sat down with a sigh as if it were the biggest accomplishment she’d
make today. “Guess those Pashtu lessons paid off although I forgot every single
word when I saw the Taliban come down the street.”
Tessa stared in bewilderment at the woman.
She couldn’t remember any Taliban. The pain in her head intensified as she
rubbed it fiercely. The children began looking out the window or out the door
at the horses the mountain tribesman loaded with supplies. A few pointed,
others giggled as they watched. Little girls all over the world loved horses it
seemed. Whatever brought the tribesman to this place in time didn’t seem to be
weighing on the little urchins as much as it did on the government woman. Panic
deepened the creases around her eyes.
