Cover Real – Next in Enigma Series

I’m so excited to let you see the new cover for Enigma #5 Black Mamba. I’m hoping for an October release. I’ll keep you posted. Here is a little taste. This is a continuation (although another a stand alone book) of when Tessa and Handsome Jones first meet in California. If you haven’t read Kifaru, you might enjoy seeing what kind of trouble they encountered before traveling to Africa.

Tessa follows her friend, Handsome Jones to Botswana, Africa, and finds herself in the crosshairs of a corrupt dictator. With the winds of change blowing through the Okavango Delta, she calls on the Enigma team to protect the man who threatens the stability of a peaceful nation. Captain Hunter discovers there are more dangers awaiting them, both in the tranquil waters of the Okavango and the Kifaru diamond in his possession. Whoever takes the diamond, also controls their destiny.

Whatever the reason for Captain Hunter’s guard dog mentality, Handsome knew still waters ran deep. If anyone threatened the safety of his charge, the captain would revert back to the monster slayer he’d known him to be years earlier. The man possessed no mercy and the ability to bestow unimaginable pain without batting an eye. Chase Hunter was a rabid dog on a short leash held in the hands of Tessa Scott. He would need to step lightly and fake a friendship to obtain the diamond. The woman’s trust would be his ticket to the presidency.

A big thank you to those of you who voted for KIFARU as best book cover in the InD’tale online magazine. I won first place. A little later in September they will put the cover up against other winners.
